Once all the necessary records have been received, the treatment planning stage is then performed according to the prescriptions requested by the doctor.<\/p>

Once the planning process is complete, the viewer is sent to the customer for them to study and to explain to their patient. This will be done within 48 to 72 hours of receiving all the mandatory records.<\/p>

After reviewing the case, the customer can ask us to make any changes deemed necessary to improve the planning, or can accept the case once the planning has been approved by both the customer and the patient.<\/p>

If changes to the planning are requested, a new viewer should be received within 48 to 72 hours for further review.<\/p>

The fabrication process will then begin, and aligners should be available at the dental practice within 7 to 10 working days.<\/p>

A complete printed diagnostic report, treatment plan and stripping and attachment guide are sent with the aligners.<\/p>

A tracking number shall be sent to the dental practice from the courier.<\/p>

Treatments will be shipped in stages, with 12 pairs of aligners sent for each stage, to allow any necessary interim revisions to be made during the course of treatment.<\/p>

Once the last stage of aligners has been fitted, refinements can be requested through the same website. Only new STL files or new physical models need to be sent. (It is advisable to send new photographs to compare results from before and after treatment.).<\/p>

The refinement validation process will work in exactly the same way as the case validation process. Timeframes will also be the same.<\/p>

Final retainers should be ordered in the same way during the last treatment or refinement stage. These will arrive at the dental practice within 7 to 10 working days.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Repeats and cancellations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Repeat aligner prescriptions due to breakage or loss by the patient shall be ordered by email, giving details of the dental practice and patient, aligner number and reason for the repeat prescription. Repeat prescriptions will be sent out as quickly as possible.<\/p>
